Abstract
Vigorously cultivating top-notch innovative talents is the key to the implementation of the strategy of strengthening the country through education and accelerating the construction of a world-important talent center and innovation highland. The study analyzes the theoretical foundation of the cultivation of top innovative talents through neuroscientific, psychological, educational and technological fields, analyzes the temporal and spatial process of the “construct-deconstruct-reconstruct” process in the field of human-computer collaborative deep learning (spatial and temporal view) from a philosophical perspective, and explores the practical path of “construct-deconstruct-reconstruct” to assist the cultivation of top innovative talents.
