The challenges and possibilities of digital intelligence empowering the integrated development of educational technology talents: from the perspective of technological phenomenology

    • Digital and intelligent technologies are the key drivers of integrated development in education, technology, and talent. From a technological phenomenology perspective, this study elucidates the fundamental logic behind how digitalization and intelligence empower the integrated development of education, technology, and talent through four dimensions: technological mediation, instrumentalization, agency, and technological artifacts. The research reveals that current efforts still face challenges such as poor data circulation, insufficient resource sharing, constrained innovation, and disconnection between science and education. Accordingly, measures should be taken to improve digital dialogue systems, establish mechanisms for resource coordination and governance, restructure evidence-based teaching paradigms supporting personalized learning, and focus on embodied technological experiences in scientific research, thereby transforming the ideal of integrated development into reality in the digital and intelligent era.
