    • 摘要: 大力培养拔尖创新人才是深入实施教育强国战略、加快建设世界重要人才中心和创新高地的行动要义。从神经科学(neuroscience)、心理(psychology)、教育(education)和技术(technology)等多学科领域剖析拔尖创新人才培养的理论基础,从哲学视角解析人机协同深度学习(deeper learning)视域下的“建构—解构—重构”过程的时间和空间过程(即时空观),探析“建构—解构—重构”助力拔尖创新人才培养的实践路径,以期通过D-NPET模型为拔尖创新人才打造智能化教学模式、构建动态化课程体系、打通一体化教育系统、架设个性化成长路径和人机协同的新范式,为国家文明交流互鉴和人类命运共同体建设培养拔尖创新人才。

       

      Abstract: Vigorously cultivating top-notch innovative talents is the key to the implementation of the strategy of strengthening the country through education and accelerating the construction of a world-important talent center and innovation highland. The study analyzes the theoretical foundation of the cultivation of top innovative talents through neuroscientific, psychological, educational and technological fields, analyzes the temporal and spatial process of the “construct-deconstruct-reconstruct” process in the field of human-computer collaborative deep learning (spatial and temporal view) from a philosophical perspective, and explores the practical path of “construct-deconstruct-reconstruct” to assist the cultivation of top innovative talents.
